Bryan was a 6th grader enrolled in a private Christian academy in the southern region of the US
Classified as learning disabled.
Bryan’s parents sought an evaluation through Fit Learning due to concerns about Bryan’s pervasive skills deficits in reading, spelling, math, critical thinking, problem solving, and expressive writing.
He was also struggling psychologically at school and had begun to withdraw from school, friends and family.
Rooted in the revolutionary science of behavior, we don’t just ‘teach’ — we engineer cognitive breakthroughs.
A comprehensive evaluation was conducted, which included Reading, Math and Logic skills.
Results indicated that Bryan’s skills deficits in all academic areas could be traced back to the early primary grades. Bryan was performing in the lower quartile (i.e., 30th percentile or below) at the 3rd grade level across all standard reading, spelling, comprehension, math, and expressive writing assessments.
Together, these results indicated that Bryan was more than 3 years behind in all academic areas.
Bryan’s parents chose to withdrawl him from his current school placement and enrolled in a full-day homeschool placement with Fit Learning Online.
Following one year of online Fit Homeschool:
Bryan achieved fluency in hundreds of foundational reading, spelling, math, comprehension, grammar, and expressive writing skills.
