Year in Review

Happy New Year!  I hope everyone had a joyous holiday season and that you have started the new year as I have, feeling rested with a renewed sense of strength and purpose.

After officially launching Fit Learning Online in 2024, we continued to expand our scope of impact during 2025.  We have had the opportunity to transform learning outcomes with 185 students through our profoundly effective online model.  Regardless of our increased scale, we achieved remarkable outcomes with every learner enrolled.

Below I have shared a graph that reflects gains achieved across all of our learners on standard academic assessments.  On average, our learners gained 31 percentile ranks, or more than one grade level of growth, after just 40-hours of instruction.

We achieved similar gains with our students who have a learning disability diagnosis, such as Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Dyslexia.

Below I have shared a graph that reflects gains achieved across our 42 learners classified as learning disabled.  On average, these learners gained 32 percentile ranks after just 40-hours of instruction, an even greater gain than our outcomes across all students.  This result indicates that there was nothing wrong with these students’ learning abilities.  They simply required effective, science-driven instruction, as all students do.

Finally, we have had the opportunity to accelerate early reading and math skills with Kindergarten and first-grade students.

These gains are reflected in the graph below, which indicate 36 percentile ranks achieved across 29 young learners in just 40-hours of instruction. This result indicates that our online model produces remarkable outcomes with learners as young as five-years old.
